Membership Subscription Terms & Minimum Commitment Policy

1. Scope and Applicability

These Membership Subscription Terms (“Terms”) apply to all paid memberships (“Memberships”) offered through our website.
By purchasing, accessing, or using a Membership, the customer (“Member”) expressly agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms form a binding contract between the Member and the Company.

2. Formation of the Membership Agreement

A Membership Agreement is formed at the moment the Member:

  • completes the online checkout process; and
  • successfully submits payment.

By completing checkout, the Member confirms that they:

  • have read and understood these Terms;
  • had the opportunity to review them prior to purchase; and
  • expressly consent to be bound by them.

Failure to read these Terms does not invalidate the Membership Agreement.

3. Mandatory Minimum Commitment Period

All Memberships are subject to a mandatory minimum commitment period of two (2) consecutive months, starting from the Membership activation date.

This minimum commitment period is a material condition of the Membership Agreement.

During the minimum commitment period:

  • the Membership may not be cancelled or terminated;
  • access to content or services is granted in reliance on this commitment; and
  • payment obligations remain fully enforceable regardless of usage.

4. No Early Termination or Circumvention

The Member expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • initiating cancellation immediately after purchase;
  • ceasing use of the Membership; or
  • claiming lack of intent to continue

does not constitute valid termination during the minimum commitment period.

Any attempt to circumvent the minimum term shall be deemed a breach of contract.

5. Cancellation After Minimum Term

Once the minimum two-month commitment has been fully completed, the Membership may be cancelled at any time through the cancellation method provided in the Member’s account or on the website.

Unless cancelled, the Membership will automatically renew in accordance with the selected billing cycle.

6. No Refunds, Chargebacks, or Payment Reversals

Payments made for Memberships are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • early cancellation attempts;
  • partial use or non-use of the Membership; or
  • dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals initiated in violation of these Terms constitute a breach of contract and may result in:

  • immediate termination of access; and
  • recovery of outstanding amounts where legally permitted.

7. UK Consumer Law Compliance

For Members located in the United Kingdom, these Terms are intended to comply with:

  • the Consumer Rights Act 2015; and
  • the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Where digital content or services are provided immediately after purchase, and the Member has expressly consented to such immediate access, the statutory cancellation right may be limited or excluded in accordance with applicable law.

8. United States Consumer Law Compliance

For Members located in the United States, these Terms are governed by:

  • general principles of contract law;
  • enforceable assent through online acceptance (“click-wrap agreement”); and
  • applicable state consumer protection statutes.

The minimum commitment period constitutes a valid and enforceable contractual obligation once accepted at checkout.

9. Member Responsibility and Due Diligence

The Member is solely responsible for:

  • understanding the Membership structure;
  • reviewing pricing, billing frequency, and minimum term; and
  • determining suitability prior to purchase.

The Company is not responsible for misunderstandings arising from failure to review the Terms.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the Member’s country of residence.
